As a fellow in the Foreign Affairs Information Technology Fellowship 2023 cohort, Iyouel is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity at George Mason University. He applied to the FAIT Fellowship program when he was attending Northern Virginia Community College.
